- SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium is open from 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 6pm on Weekends, School Holidays and Public Holidays. Last admission is 1 hour prior to closing time. Operating hours are subject to change without notice. It is recommended to allow approximately 2 hours for your exciting journey through the aquarium
